How can I reach GRENKE at the moment?
The availability is guaranteed for you at the usual times. Even though most of our employees work from home, they are available for you by phone, e-mail or via our website.
Important for you: There are no disruption to our operations. We want to strengthen our medium-sized partners even in difficult times.
What actions has GRENKE taken to protect employees, customers and partners?
The protection and safety of our employees, customers and partners has top priority. We have taken extensive precautions to slow down the spread of the virus and protect everyone in the best possible way. In doing so, we are guided by the recommendations of the relevant authorities, such as the WHO, the Robert Koch Institute and the country-specific ministries and health authorities.
This starts with simple but important hygiene measures. These, of course, include more stringent information and notices on regular hand washing and the installation of disinfectant dispensers at our locations.
Furthermore, our employees are able to work digitally and mobile from home. Currently about 80% of all employees worldwide are working remotely from home. International travel is prohibited, even within a country employees are only allowed to work at one GRENKE location. All trade fairs, conferences and trainings have been cancelled until further notice.
