Important Note
Pursuant to Section 33 (1) of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG), any party who acquires, sells or otherwise reaches, exceeds or falls below a specified threshold (3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% or 75%) of the voting rights of an issuer is required to promptly notify the issuer and simultaneously the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
