Antje Leminsky
Chair of the Board
Economics graduate Antje Leminsky joined GRENKE AG on 1 August 2012 as General Manager following previous posts at PWC, Gruner + Jahr and OTTO among others. On 1 August 2013 she took over Board responsibility for our IT department, and on 1 March 2018 she became Chair of the Board.
Gilles Christ
Member of the Board
Raised in Alsace, finance, marketing and strategy specialist Gilles Christ has been with GRENKE since 1998. Since then he has been responsible, among other things, for establishing the company in France and other countries. Since May 2010, Christ has been a member of the Board of Directors, with responsibility for Marketing, Sales and Franchise.
Sebastian Hirsch
Chief Financial Officer
Sebastian Hirsch joined GRENKE in 2004. Having held senior positions in Controlling at GRENKE AG and served as a member of the Board of Directors at GRENKE BANK AG, Hirsch joined GRENKE AG in 2013, first as a General Manager and since 2017 as a member of the Board of Directors with responsibility for Controlling, M&A, Treasury, Legal, Tax and Investor Relations.
Mark Kindermann
Member of the Board
Mark Kindermann has been with GRENKE since 1990, first at GRENKELEASING KG and since 2006 as COO of GRENKE AG. In addition to his responsibilities for Administration, Internal Control Systems (ICS), Human Resources, Accounting, QM, Internal Services, Disposals and Property and Facility Management, he is a member of the GRENKE BANK AG Supervisory Board.
