Wolfgang Grenke founds the company in Baden-Baden.

1990

The first subsidiary openings in Germany.

GRENKE is listed at the stock market.

GRENKE acquires the ‘Hesse Newman Bank’ and changes the name to ‘GRENKE BANK’.
